Hi,
I'm on the costume committee for our community children's theatre and we need to make 82 blue pants various sizes. I thought a light weight knit (since these pants need to be flowing-a bit) We could serge the pants and put in a simple casing with drawstring. Wouldn't even need to hem the pants.
The problem is we have very tight budget. Any ideas for a source for this much royal blue knit???? at a very good price-- I think we could also purchase wholesale.

Many thanks,...
