I thought a light weight knit (since these pants need to be flowing-a bit) We could serge the pants and put in a simple casing with drawstring. Wouldn't even need to hem the pants.
The problem is we have very tight budget. Any ideas for a source for this much royal blue knit???? at a very good price-- I think we could also purchase wholesale.

Here's another idea: measure from knees to shoulders and double the measuremnet. Cut a piece of brown felt this long, and wide enough to fit around the person. Attach letters from white felt to spell out CANDY(Attach the letters from top to bottom). Wear a white or brown shirt, and brown pants. Instant Treat!!
