I am obsessed with smocking, but have only been doing it for a little over a year. I started with my daughters Easter dress last year (CC-Amy with a variation of unforgettable (ASE 44?), over a petticoat), then made her a sun dress (Child of Nature (ASE 53?)...... then I had off for a while because I was taking care of her, working, pregnant and very sick..... had my second little girl this past... ]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[ I was jsut at my heirloom shop in charlotte, and I finally finished my smocking inset... so the girls talked me into trying my hand at shadow work, I am getting excited about doing htis I bout the A-Z book of Embroidery stiches, which has very complete instructions on shadow embroidery, I also got a couple of really cut plates to try my hand at... figured I would give the smoking a bit of a rest... I can see my progress on my inset and I really have gotten better....<br><br><div... ]]></description>
